Measuring impact

We validate concepts and evaluate the impact of interventions on human behaviour and society at large. 

A crucial part of the design process is to validate whether an intervention fulfils its intended promise and resonates with people and communities. We consider the collaboration with end users indispensable in the iterative process of concept development.

Once a concept is taking shape, we invite users to provide feedback. We use prototypes to start a dialogue and to gain insight in the experience of users and communities. Users stay involved throughout the development process, so they can continue to provide feedback in several feedback loops, until a working product or prototype is delivered.

In cases where the impact of a product is measured in scientific research, we collaborate with a qualified research team, participate in writing scientific papers and we always ensure that the intended interaction is preserved or improved.
